I’m interested in doing lease/options, but need to find the correct forms for the parties to sign. I tried legalwiz.com but I couldn’t download their forms. Any suggestions are helpful.
Also, does Steve Cook cover lease/options is his book?

I just got Matt Bowman’s course (aka MattB on the Main discussion board). I’ve found it very easy to follow, practical and it comes with the forms - printed out in the appendix and Word formatted in 3 1/2 diskette for your offers, deals w/ sellers & t/b’s.
