All of them are good courses. I have met, or spoke, to people that are students from each. Many are very sucessfull! The key is to use the information, and take action. Pondering to long can cost you time and money in this business.

What courses are out there for lease option techniques and strategies? I am not necessarily looking for recommendations. Although if you would like to give any, they would more than be appreciated. But the main thing I am wondering is what’s available out there. I see the 3 on this site by, LeGrand, Bronchick, and Kaiser. Are there any others to consider? Thanks for any help.
