Maybe get a toll free number that has 24 hour voicemail and just return their call once you get the time. People like toll free numbers that are 24hours and you will never miss anything or have to turn your ringer off. There is a company that I know that offers a toll free number at a great price, if you our interested let me know.

I’m revising the letter I send out to distressed landlords to include my cell phone number. I wanted to put the times they can call me on the cell phone so I don’t get calls at 3am. I was thinking of 9am-5pm, Sunday-Friday (Saturday I spend time with family and don’t want to be interrupted). I was wondering if I should lengthen those hours so people can call as soon as they get off work, maybe 9am-7 or 8 pm?
