Well said. I took the course, developed a web site, tried to make it work for about a year. Got alot of phone calls (tire kickers). Got out. I have better things to do then locate buyers for free.

Has anyone gone to the Larry Pino’s American Cash Flow Insitute training classes? How are the training materials? Is the cost of the program worth the amount of training provided? Has anyone really been able to get a fast start in the cash flow industry using this course? Any help with this would be appreciated!!

training materials are mediocre and basic, price is absolutely ridiculous, few have had success, in it for the seminar money, no where near as easy as claimed
