I read in a Russ Whitney book that it is smart to hold each of your properties in a separate land trust to protect your assets. I always see you guys saying to hold your properties in separate LLC’s. I’m confused. Which is the best way for the best asset protection, whether flipping or holding???

the best way to hold your properties are in seperate land trusts, you can then have your LLC as the beneficiary. (either flipping or holding)
