GA has a specific statute authorizing land trusts.
Official Code of Georgia Annotated, Sections 53-12-50 through 53-12-59.

Anyone know if there are any special considerations for using land trusts in Gerogia?
I use them in CA, but some states have special disclosure laws and others I’m told prohibit them.
