Hello all,
I have two properties that I currently own in my own name. Okay, so I didn’t buy the land trust course before I started investing, what a mistake. Okay, here goes:
With my rental property, can I be the grantor as well as the trustee and the beneficiary at the same time and then quietly assign my beneficial interest to my s corporation?
With my personal residence, pretty much same question as above except I wish to be grantor, trustee, and my wife and I as beneficial interest. Is this legal and proper?
