If you are using the land trust to make yourself less visible on the public records, I would not see a need to worry what accont the check is written from. Mortgage companies accept money from anyone.

I do understand land trusts, to a point, having received info. on this from Ron LeGrand. However, I have a property where the mortgage company takes the monthly payment out of my personal checking account. Do I need to get a special checking account to put the property into a land trust or can the mtg. co. continue to take the money from my personal checking account? I need to know this asap. Thanks
