Hi guys, After reading DOW & MMWMH (twice each), I have been studying the archives. There have been some posts about using a Net Lease with option to buy in order to help out with taxes. I think this sounds good. Does anyone have any L/O forms that work well for them? I have been reading and studying for about a month now and now that Christmas has come and gone, I am jumping in with both feet. My goal this week is to talk to PM’s of three or four parks that I have selected based on location and how well they are kept up. Any help on the forms or advice on whether to use them will be appreciated!
