Paul here, I sent you an email about your LH property last week. As I stated in the email I’m a Realtor Associate and have been investing in Hawaii RE for about two years. I don’t know who your working with but I have no idea why they would tell you that you can’t do a L/O in Hawaii. There may not be to many being done in Hawaii, which means you basically have no competition. But the fact of the matter is they can be done and the Honolulu Board of Realtors actually has a standard form for them called “OPTION AGREEMENT INPUT FORM” I would recommend that you find a different RE investors, a different mentor, and a different lawyer to ask your questions to.
