Any advice on lease optioning a rehab, I have an opprortunity to get a nicely priced house and do a rehab on it while lease optioning it from present owner.
What to watch for in L/O contract and what should I make sure to include to make it air tight so [ god forbid ] the present owner doesnt “like it” too much after its done…
