I have found one of the greatest RE softwares I have ever used. It does 10 year projections as well as containing all legal documents you will ever need. From purchase and sell agreements to 3 Notices to quit and vacate. It is by Russ Whitney. I think you can buy it online at www.russwhitney.com. It is expensive though about $1000 or so. But believe me it is worth it. I have save much more than that with the loans it has helped me get and the legal documents I didn’t have to pay a lawyer for.

Hello all,

I was wondering if any of you guys have found any computer program to be good for analysis of RE investments? I would like one that also keeps up with what my investments are doing ytd if possible, but investment analysis would suffice.
