Network with homeless people (at least for the areas, that they are in) you’ll be surprised the network that they have and what they know. They will know if a house is vacant and how long.

My kudos to you. I often read your posts b/c I find them very insightful. This idea to network with homeless people has to be one of the most creative ideas I’ve heard in a long time! Who better to know of vacant houses in the area! I applaud you for the constant stream of new and creative ideas you come up with to help with your real estate investing. I only hope I can be half as good as you in my creative investing career(whenever it starts).
