Hi Robert,
Was reading the email response and noticed you are in NC, anywhere near Charlotte? I’m just starting out and could use all the advice/mentoring I can get. I have determined which areas I want to prospect and feel I can get some deals set up, but am unsure of exactly how to do it. For instance, I have a number of agents pulling MLS for me, do I tell them what I would like to be doing (creative financing, L/O, etc?). Or is it to individual to generalize? Anyways, would love to talk with you if your near.
