Used Bronchick’s course, and formed C corp with only two of us.

Couple of questions the course doesn’t address…

  1. When the corporation purchases property through seller financing, L/O… do I have to have a special meeting and file a resolution although my bylaws say no special meeting is necessary for purchase, lease, etc. of property?

  2. I have used an additional line in my home for real estate costing around $31 a month. I’ve circulated it on flyers, business cards, etc. will I was getting started and don’t want to change it. Now with the new corporation, do I need to convert the line to commercial, costing 3 times the amount, just to have a business LISTING? Are there any other alternatives? Is the listing in the business directory imperative? I used a PMB for the corporation’s physical address, but currently have no CORPORATE telephone listing.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
