A home going to the court house steps for foreclosure has two judgements filed against the owner. The first is a C Card company and the second names the husband and his brother, whom is not on title to the home. If I were to buy the property at the sale, will the foreclosure sale wipe out the two judgements that are jr to the first lien anyway. I’m in Texas.
