I went to his seminar here in Cincinnati. The instructor made it seem the only way to get the leads is through their program. Here in Cincinnati we have the court index. A yearly subscription is around $100 give or take. Contained in this court index is probate information along with foreclosures, evictions and other stuff. Our probate court is online as well. All I need to do is look up the case number and I have all the information I need to send out a letter to the executor of the will.
I would do a little more research in your area first. I would contact your county court house and ask them if they have a monthly publication for probate, foreclosures, etc…Then I would see if your probate court is online. If not you can always go down to the court house to pull this information.
