A couple of weeks back, someone posted a site similar to experian.com for coming up with comps. Unfortunately, neither that site or any others I found had comp information for New Hampshire. Until today, that is.

I have come across a site that handles both NH and VT. It isn’t all that cheap, (based on hits and not time) but I figure it will do in a pinch. They do allow you to access with a guest password to get the hang of the system before they charge you. You can find this data at:

They also publish the Registry Review on a weekly basis for $148/yr. or $82/6 mos.

While I know that nothing can replace the knowledge you gain from working and getting to know your area or having that ever useful RE agent friend working with you, I look at this site as quite useful to a newbie such as myself.

Hope this is of some value to those of you in NH and Vermont. (At least until the major services get us on their systems)
