What about the front? On our titles here in Michigan there’s lines for seller and purchaser info, price, etc. That’s what you would fill out at this point. Leave the back 'til you’re a dealer.

I have a signed purchase agreement and title to a MH I just purchased. What do I need to do with the title? This is in Missouri (I live in Kansas).
I have an ad going in the paper tomorrow to sell, but I’m a little unsure about the title issue. The only assignment spaces left on the back are for “registered dealers”. This is my first, so I wouldn’t think I would be treated as a dealer.
