if you look , you can probably find a 100% commission brokerage. there are several in houston that offer 100% commission for about $100 per month and $100 per deal. you don’t expect many referrals and leads but you work for yourself and do your own thing.
i’ve been doing this type of relationship for 5 years and wouldn’t do any other relationship for a couple of reasons.

I WANT TO HELP HIM FLIP FIXERS WHILE I DO ALL THE PAPER WORK SAVING HIM SOME MONEY ON COMMISION. THE BROKER I INTEND TO WORK FOR SLPITS THE COMMISION 75% ME 25%BROKER. IS THIS A GOOD IDEA. BY THE WAY WE LIVE IN SAN JOSE, CA SO THE COMMISION ARE VERY SIGNIFICANT, ESPECIALLY WHEN HOMES ARE IN UPWARDS OF $450,000. ANY ADVISE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
