Pay the landlady what is in YOUR name and take ex to small claims court. What is in his name is his problem right?

If you were renting a house in your name with your now ex boyfriend on the lease as well, and you owe money to the landlady because of his failure to a)return the keys for two months after you both moved out, b)to pay the landscaper and pool guy (both bills are the sign his name) and c)HOA fines because he parked his truck in a restricted area, is there anyway to have him held responsible so that your credit doesn’t get ruined?
I am no longer even in the state where we were renting the house and I think she’s planning on trying to get a judgement against me, even though none of the situation was my doing.

You were both on the lease. She can collect from either one of you. She will go after the one she thinks she can collect from the easiest and quickest. You are both responsible for these charges.
