1995 Dutch modular home. 16x72, 3BR, 2BA, 10x15 deck, all appliances, nice shed, in decent park. Owners have already bought another place and just want what they owe on this ($25k). They are also giving 1k cash to buyer. Their payments are $315/mo.
Is it possible to do a Lonnie deal on something this size? Selling at 30k over five years leaves a payment in the $600’s, and that’s before lot rent. Any advice on what to do with this? Thanks for all the help!
