May be somewhere, I have never heard of such a law before. It sounds crazy enough so it just might be somewhere.

i have lived in my house for 15 years and just 2 days ago the adjoining lot was sold to another party i was never asked if i wanted to buy the land which i would of i had heard there was a courtesy law where they ask you first if you want it does anyone know if there is such a thing
