Chances are there will be. While each state is different and I am not licensed in Ohio (or otherwise up on their procedures) in many states there will be such a fee. However, for example in Nevada, when you transfer property in your name to a LLC that you own 100% of there will be no fee. It is considered an exempt transfer. So before you pay a fee make sure to check and see if what you are doing is an exempt (fee free) transaction. Garrett
