Hi all!
while looking through the archives under contract for deed ,I came across a court case under the heading Keith/GIA. I was wondering if any experienced investers think that the contract for deed that was contained in the case was structured in a way that I could use it for my own CFD’s.Is there anything that should be added or left out from this basic structure.
