I agree with the other posts. Just one caveat, I bought both the ebay and SDI versions and the SDI version is better. The CD’s are exactly the same but the books are different. The SDI version has an abbreviated transcript of the CD’s, nice to read instead of just listen, and it includes several sections of how to deal with Realtors which isn’t on the CD’s.

I bought mine on Ebay for $200, and yes, it’s worth it. Is it worth the $1400 or so that you’d pay at his website? If you use the information to do a deal, then I’d say yes…but the course is not going to buy properties FOR you. I guess I’m trying to say, buy it on Ebay for a lot less, that way if you find that it’s not for you, you haven’t lost that much.

If you use it, its even worth the $1500 or more some have paid at seminars.
If you use it, even if you got ripped off and paid 3k, its still worth it.
