Since it’s a NJ RE closing question any NJ Title/Escrow officer could answer this question quickly, and show you how to do it if doable or explain the options open to you.

I’m a new investor in NJ and I just met with a realtor, looking to build my power team. She has 10yrs experience (several of which are with investors) and she belongs to the REIA that I belong to. She told me that assigning property contracts - and even double closing properties - is now illegal in NJ. Is she mistaken or correct? -Thad
