I would be suspicious of anyone charging a one time fee (as opposed to a monthly fee) for their service.

Investors Advantage? - Posted by Richard

Does anyone know about a group from NC called Investors Advantage? They claim to have 288 lenders, 100% financing for even difficult borrowers, and the nation’s largest foreclosure listing, all for 944.00. Is this the real thing or not?
Thanks for your help.

Hey Richard,
Never heard of them.
I do not wish to say something negative about a group I have never heard of.
I would say one thing though…do your research (if you can) on them. The one time fee that IB(NJ) mentioned would raise a flag to me also.
Best of luck,
