I am from Erie and I just asked the same question yesterday and Rick told me he started with the Apartment Association. I am waiting to get information from them to see if that will help me.

Great, let me know how it goes, maybe we can get together for some coffee or something and talk shop, I personally havent really been working on investing to much, life has caught up to me ya know lol, but working on getting my re license, so Im still really interested in it, but noone around here to talk to about it didnt help, let me know, we can have some coffee and swap ideas or something…
