I have a friend who is seeking real estate possibilities in the US. Specifically, ventures in commercial properties. He would like to buy or lease hotel properties in the US. His question is regarding investment incentives from capital outside the US. Are there any, and if so what are there available? Where can I guide him to glean this information…Thanks.
