Anyone know of an insurance company/agent who’s been trained on issuing landlord policies on houses which are already in a trust? Specifically, in Washington state?

Depends. What county is the house in, and what’s the value. Without that data any quote anyone else gives you doesn’t mean beans to you.

Sorry, my question was rather unclear. Let me re-phrase. What companies are willing to do a landlord policy with you and give good rates? Can anyone recommend a good company and can email me a specific agent to work with?

Again, WHERE?? My agent is good, but only works in Maryland and DC. Does that work for you?
