Here is what I have. Small house low income area but not war zone. 2b/r needs about $8-10K in work. After repaired value at $40,000.00 I believe I can get it for about $10-12K. Do you think I could flip for a small profit or will I have trouble flipping because it is 2 bedroom house.
Any input or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
