WHile I di dnot read the entire article, it appears that the journalist has made about the best attempt I have seen in the media to differentiate between legitimate flipping and fraudulant flipping. Kudos to him/her.

Here is the paragraph from The Indianapolis Star article, our big daily newspaper here in Indianapolis. We’re 11th largest city. Don’t blink. These 25 words are all us legitimate operators get. But it’s so rare for the media to state this fact . . .
“While there are legitimate ways of flipping – buying a cheap home, fixing it up and reselling it for a profit – it’s also used as a scam.”
