Call some of the larger MHPs and ask who their lawyer is and also who their MHP Association lawyer is and you’ll then have the most knowledgable MHP lawyers in IN.
Since any sizeable MHP is going to have one or two repos going at any given time, their lawyer is the one who’ll know your law backward and forward.

I’m looking for an attorney in Indiana experienced in the mobile home park business (landlord tenant issues, not park acquisition issues). Indiana has an Innkeepers Lien Law that they say applies to Mobile Home Parks but the language in the code is not very clear.
Any recommendations?
