I spoke with a real estate lawyer and he said I needed to get an indemnification clause added to the contract for protection. He said we “needed indemnification from the sellers that there is no outstanding Option to Buy nor Equity of Redemption from anyone. Both these indemnification’s need to survive the Sales contact.”
Any advice?
