I use Triad insurance. I was able to get $300K liability on each of my trailers and also vandalism insurance w/$500 deductible.

I just refinanced a small mobile home park which I had a million dollar liability policy on. I was told by the insurance company that they would not renew my policy because they do not want to continue carrying these types of properties. After searching thru a few companies this seems to be the trend of most insurance companies. Everyone that I have found that will do this type of policy wants three times the premium that I have been paying for the last three years. Does anyone have any leads or suggestions on companies that you currently use?
