As far as the boat notes, what kind of discount, could they be had for? Maybe you could cross collateralize to give the notes some teeth.

If you know any note funding for boats and real-estate. Please e-mail me. Also if any one knows a higher rate on a note, for example, most note buying is 92% of the value of the note. Please let know if I can get a better rate of return like 95%
