…for short term money. I flip or rehab. Since I use my credit cards, I get offers all the time. I just got one that is 0% interest till February 2006 and 0% cash advance and balance transfers. I will use it for my next rehab. But be careful, if you are slow paying on one credit card, everybody will convert you to deadbeat interest rate. Also, I got offer for a $25,000.00 5 year 6.99% loan with no prepayment. I am using it for another rehab.
