I finally closed on my first deal. I got $10,200.00 at closing and payed $40,000.00 for a property appraised at $77,000.00. I want to take the time to thank everybody that responded to all my questions concerning this deal. Every time I thought the deal would not happen someone gives me imformation on this site to keep the deal alive. Thank you very much for your support. I could not have done it without you guys.
