I want to buy some REI property, but am concerned with the way I hold Title.My wife and I have had problems in the past two years and have come close to divorce.I feel held back from doing any deals due to the threat of a legal battle that would ruin any long term plans I put into works.I have two great kids that I want to help down the road and feel real estate is the best way to do this.My son is 16 and my daughter is 14.If I start some form of family trust could this be a method to protect me and my children as far as these investments???If a trust would help which type do you suggest???Thanks for any help in advance!!!
