Find some real deals and I mean real deals, run an ad about the deal and you should get a couple of leads. I started 1.5 years ago and now people call me.
Also, network all the time. This will help you succeed.

In keeping with the rules of not soliciting a mentor or partner; Can someone tell me how to find the right rehab investor? I’ve read countless books on wholesaling and concluded that the key element to getting started is knowing a good deal when you see one. The books say to work with an experienced rehabber as a bird dog and pick up their knowledge about identifying good deals. Has anyone used this technique and can they give advice on finding someone who wants this type of service?
