An estate is a seller, like any other. You’ll need a personal representative’s deed. I would also make sure you buy title insurance.

How can you flip a property in probate? Is it possible to flip a proprty the same way you do any other property? What question should I ask the probate lawyer when I call her. And what forms should I submit when I offer to purchase the property. End result I have a buyer who wants to buy this property and I want to assigned it to him. Will this create a problem if the sale or contract has to be reviewed by the judge. . Do I have to submit a special form to buy this property. I would like to sound intelligent when talking to the lawyer and offering her option as to how I may purchase the property.
Case History
My partner called a probate lawyer the other day about a property. The property was to be sold ten years ago but hasn’t been. They have switch three personal reprensatives and now the court has appointed the daughter. The lawyer wants to get paid and get this property disposed of. quiclky.
