How to Find Notes - Posted by Leesa

How do you find notes? I purchased a seminar sometime ago, that gives me access to investors who purchase all types of notes (real estate, structured settlements, business, etc.) at a discount. I am the “referal agent”. Of course, the problem is I have not been able to locate notes to refer. The seminar taught taught the conventional ways to locate notes (ie. advertising, mail list, etc.), but I am sure everyone does the same thing. I am looking for a market that has not been tapped into yet. Something other than real estate. I live in Southern California and the real estate market is booming for sellers who don’t want to discount anything.

I am considering purchasing “Millions of Mortgages in Minutes” by John Behle. I was wondering if anyone has any feed back on this series.

Also, if anyone has any feed back good or bad as to what I maybe doing wrong. I really want to excel in the paper business, I just need to get my feet wet.
