Okay, here?s my dilemma : I found a TLC house in a good location being sold for a reasonable price in Jersey City, NJ. I advertised the house everywhere I could find even here (sorry it was a mistake I haven?t posted here frequently and did not know it was not allowed). At any rate, 6 people have since called me about the house but I have yet to show it to any of them. My dilemma is: How can I be sure any of them will pay me my finder?s fee? They could easily bypass me and deal direct with the realtor, hence cutting me out of the deal. The sellers won?t allow me to do a ?subject to? or flip the contract. Is it listed with a Realtor? If so your wasting your time, if not get it under contract then they can?t go around you.
