How should I word this? - Posted by Rob_Il

Yes I do see the difference. Correct me if I’m wrong; both speak to the building but home implies family, memories, “Home is where the heart is.” type feelings.

Good point, that never crossed my mind yet.Anything else you might be able to suggest.

Through the research that I’ve been doing I decided that I’m going to start out doing flips and rehabs. People have been telling me not to do cold calls but rather run ads to find properties. The problem that I’m having is wording an ad so that people know what I’m interested in yet is short and simple like the whole, " I buy homes…"

Any input or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Rob,

Glad to meet you.

“House” when buying “Home” when selling. Do you see the difference.
