Wow, some fast responses here, thanks! No, I don’t need the cash, I just have no motivation to fix anything; was just curious to get a quote before I actually contact someone. I was going to move my mobile out of the area, but after I found out how much and what all is involved, I thought better of it, and am contemplating buying another one. (I currently live in Sacramento, Ca. and lot rent is $450, btw, and they don’t allow renters–sorry, Greg!).

I’m considering selling my mobile–it is a 1972 2 bed, 2 bath, about 1500 sq.feet (it’s in a family park). Still pretty good condition, however, dry rot in deck, needs some paint throughout, had a few minor leaks from rainwater, but roof has since been re-sealed, a lot of mold in all window frames/ledges, but aside from that, no major damage. Instead of trying to fix everything myself, I was considering selling as-is, maybe to someone who buys/fixes/resells mobiles for a living. Can anyone give me a quote on how much I could get??

do you need cash? or do you need income? or do you need a downpayment on a car? or do you need a family vacation?
I (we) can possible help you, but I (we) need to know what you need, and why you’re selling.

Where is it? How much is lot rent? Do they allow rentals?
