HOW do you find “flip” investors - Posted by DMills
Posted by DMills on October 19, 1998 at 09:40:53:
Being new to this sort of venture, I have been intrigued by the idea of pre-foreclosures. Howevever, I haven’t been able to locate any material that discusses in detail how to locate an investor to “flip” the property to once you have entered into a Contract to Purchase. I have heard that the news paper is a source. Are there any others that you would suggest, and could you give me some feedback as to what the essentials must be in order for it to attract potential investors. I appreciate any input. I haven’t done my first deal yet. I want to investigate every aspect before I make the plunge.
Also, might I suggest a book that I have been reading for anyone who might need assistance with the financial side of the business: Real Estate Finance & Investment Manual by Jack Cummings.
Tahnks in advance for your help.
