When I was a kid my Boy Scout troop used to do jobs like that for contribution to the Troop for camping equipment, trips, etc.

So you might drop by the local BSA Council Office and ask if any local BSA troops might be interested in a little fund raising project.

I usually hire people to walk around and put up door hangers for $10/hr. Does anyone have any alternative methods or companies that do that or are cheaper.

I know of a national company the will deliver them door to door for 15.5 cents each. Do google searches and you’ll find them.
