I think what you say in your letter/s to owners in foreclosure, and how you say it, is much more important than who you say you’re doing business as. I suggest that you read up on the subject of using direct mail to buy pre-foreclosure properties. Try reading books like How To Make Money Buying Pre-Foreclosure Properties Before They Hit The County Courthouse by Thomas Lucier. I bought my copy at amazon.com. I hope this helps.

Just a quick question. When you approach folks stuck in preforeclosure do you emphasize that you are just an individual interested in their homes or do you use your company name in your mailings, biz cards, voicemail etc??
