I think what you say in your letter/s to owners in foreclosure, and how you say it, is much more important than who you say you’re doing business as. I suggest that you read up on the subject of using direct mail to buy pre-foreclosure properties. Try reading books like How To Make Money Buying Pre-Foreclosure Properties Before They Hit The County Courthouse by Thomas Lucier. I bought my copy at amazon.com. I hope this helps.
