I’m a newbie, looking for an attorney to look over some contracts. I want to find an attorney that is experienced with working with RE investors. Do I just call them and ask them if they are experienced in this area, or how do I do that??

ONe step is to join your local REI club and speak to the members. They should have developed a relationship with an attorney.
If you don’t have a local club, try calling some of the real estate brokers and find some investors to speak with.
